I am glad I need not transact often with this particular department otherwise, I am a headliner. I can not allow anyone from their group play with me just like how they do with some of our colleague. Or shall I say things happened because of an unwanted chain which others seem to go with round and round.
No so long ago, I thought this group's Head was a catalyst of change. Someone who exemplified leadership amidst political turbulence and a will power based on a conviction for truth. These days however, she has changed a lot and its sad because I know she could do a lot of beautiful things especially becoming a good example among most of her staff.
It feels uncomfortable that a colleague is hurt because of childish attacks without even going into details the flow of an official transaction. But how could they discuss the flow when the Group Head has become a major concern?
