Another higher position is now open for bidding.  There is a particular person who,  most of us wish will bid.  The thing is, she is hesitant.   And we understand her.  Career pathing,  more than a matter of a life's choice,  is answering to a certain call.  

      As we grow our responsibilities become more complicated.  And while we enjoy each complication's thrill, we are faced with the challenge to go for more or simply be at peace doing the best with what we already have.  Perhaps, this is because we know that it is lonely at the top.  No matter how happily one works for the benefit of the majority, there will always be people who will not even recognize his effort and will only find ways to pull him down. 

     Of course, none of us  wants to doubt our individual capabilities  but the truth is, happiness does not just come along with anything we  think  will make us  happy.  We can only say something made us happy when we already experienced it.  That is why, even if others think we can make a difference we sometimes find it difficult to decide because we  want to happily  respond to the call.
