Marites: Ironic nga talaga but then again, it's our society's fault to emphasize working for somebody when there should be emphasis on having one's own business. Most Asians have long been given emphasis on entrepreneurship which gave them strong economies today unlike us, we are just satisfied with the 8-hour job. Kaya, pobre gihapon:)

Winning The Game

     There's another round of career movement in the workplace.  And like how it is at the outside politics, some people seem to enjoy finding out the negative  side of other aspirants  just to hide discomfort and insecurity. 

     Competition brings both the best and the worst of any game.   Everybody wants to win in every race.  Sometimes however, even if it is  frustrating we have to let go more than what we want simply because it is how things really are.
