Welcome to the Bravenet community!
You've made some great posts, so far; keep up the great work!
I am exhausted. I did all the best I could but my collection target was never achieved for the past three consecutive rating periods. I know its all because of the massive resignation of member-borrowers from both private and government sector whose accounts were not offsetted from their separation pay considering most of the borrowers who have separation pay to speak of, needed considerable amount to start a living after separation from work.
And just when something doesn't go well, situations become more tough. Majority of these resigned borrowers are either casual or contractual employees who do not have separation pay at all. No matter how early I send demand letters for them to settle their obligations, I can not expect them to pay as records show they are unemployed. These loans are savings guaranteed but latest guidelines expressly say unless a borrower qualifies to apply for offsetting, this will only be effected after end of loan term. I feel like I am hitting the stars and coupled with such feeling is the negative paying character of some active borrowers, who despite their commitment to settle their obligations thru payroll deduction, do not pay their loans citing financial problems as an excuse.
I know efficiency is not only defined by an "O" rating. I believe I shall never entertain the word tired as the more we accept a thought, the more exhausted we may become but the truth is even if I believe I still can do more and I can accomplish more, I feel down and troubled.
